So, I have a question for you guys....
What is your favorite Christmas song?
Why do I ask??? Because I flippin' LOVE Christmas music. I tune in the day after Halloween to WNIC and rock out to Christmas music until after Christmas. I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the holiday season and everything about it. Christmas time is my favorite. Smiling is my favorite too. If you've seen the Christmas movie "Elf", then you know what I'm talking about...you cotton headed ninny muggins!
My all time favorite Christmas song as of a few years ago is Drummer Boy by Mercy Me. It is so powerful. If you haven't heard it, I highly recommend you check it out immediately. I never even paid attention to the words of that song until I heard Mercy Me's rendition of it. Amazzzzzzing, I tell ya.
That's all I got. Please stay tuned, as I may pop in every so often to ask my questions and run my mouth.
Love to you alllllll,
Christi

I too am a Christmas music junky. However, I live in the closet with my Jingle Tune fetish. Why...? Well because it's not to fun to be beat down by the wife for being soooo Jolly. But it's okay...because when I'm driving all alone, the Alvin, The Chipmunks, and I rock out to some sweet holiday tunes. Thanks for sharing.

My most recent favorite as of last year is BNL's rendition of "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen". My favorite classic is "Do You Hear What I Hear?". I love almost all Christmas music but I HATE that Christmas Shoes song. I think it should be banished from the Earth.
I have 2 categories:
MY FAVORITE SONGS TO HEAR ON THE RADIO
1.Grandma Got run over by a reign dear
2. Star of wonder - (featuring Sarah Mc and BNL)
3.Away in the Manger
4.I heard the bells on Christmas day (by a choir)
5.Oh Come all ye Faithful
and I LOVE myself some
"Silent Night"
6.Other random Christmas songs sung sentimently by a choir (shocker! I know)
My favorite Christmas songs to sing LOUDLY
1. Jingle Bells (I like to do the lauphing through the snow part at top volume)
2. Rudolph the red nosed reindear (because it gives my heart joy to scream out:
LIKE A LIGHT BULB!
LIKE MONOPOLY!
LIKE DUMBO!)
3. Happy Birthday Jesus
Because when I was in 8th grade it was our classes turn to sing the song and we sang it at the top of our lungs!)
In case you dont know it Just imagine it being screamed by 30 12years olds
CHURCH BELLS JING-A-LING
SNOW FLAKES TING-A-LING
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESUS
ALL YEAR LONG WE WAIT
JUST TO CELEBRATE
THIS CHRISMAS MORN
CUZ WE WANT YOU TO KNOW
WE'RE SO GLAD YOU WERE BORN
SO HAVE A VERY MERRY HAPPY BIRTHDAY
JESUS
P.S.
Lila's Favorite is "Jingle Bell Rock!'

For the sake of own pride and befalling humiliation everywhere, the Closet Caroler shall remain nameless until such time is proven to him to be safe. But I LOOOOVE me some "Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas" done by a nice jazz/blues band with accompanying sax taking the lead. Very soothing. But, for the most part, I like to rock it out with some Transiberian Orchestra. To those who are now saying..."Who the crap is Trans blah blah blah?" They are a major orchestra with electric rock instruments in addition to traditional orchestra ones. They take traditional Christmas music and rock our hard to it...to be sure to include every facit of their incredibly talented band. Give em a listen...I'm sure you'll become a fan.

I Also Like Transiberian Orchestra.
But I When It Comes To A Favorite Song
I Can't Pick Just One. I Will Say
That The Slower Songs Do Get On My Nerves
Though. =]
I'm telling you all right now, and yes I'm arrogant enough to say this, that you're all wrong! The best Christmas song in the whole world is Oh Holy Night by Josh Groban. Flippin awesome. And it totally has to be by Grobes.
P.S. Buddy the elf. What's your favorite color?
I love the Relient K Christmas CD, And I just found a new one its called X Christmas, its great.
